OCI, Surrendering the Indian Passport

Hi

Can someone guide me around how and where to surrender the Indian passport as I understand that India doesnt allow dual citizenship and I have now received my British Passport.

Is there any fees to be paid for surrendering the Indian passport?

Am I able to apply for OCI in Edinburgh? If yes, any details would be helpful. The last time I applied for OCI in HCI London. But I forgot to attach the payment BPO. Hence I have to reapply. I would be happy if someone can confirm that I am able to apply in Edinburgh.

Is the fee for OCI £165 per adult?
