Tier 1 dependant application - applying sepereately from UK

Post by krantik » Thu Oct 22, 2009 11:14 am

Hi,

I will be submitting the Tier 1 dependant application for my wife seperately from within the UK soon.
Would be grateful if you could point me to the documents I need to send for her application and also if there is any cover letter available for the same.

Thanks in advance,
Krantik

Thanks Ramesh.
Unfortunately for me when I had sent the applications together my wife's application got rejected as her photo's were older than one month and so now I need to do the application seperately and pay so much more :(

But am hoping that there is no issues on the next application we make.

Thanks,
Krantik

Sorry to bother again but could you let me know if the cover letter mentioned should be sent in my name or in my wife's in this case?

If its to be in my wife's name then do I need to send a seperate note or something that shows that I approve the application being made by her? Or is my consent within the form is sufficient?

Thanks for your help.
