Applying for Student Visa after Maintenance Refusal

Hi,

As some of you know from my previous thread I had applied for a PSW but was denied due to deception from college and maintenance funds.

I have got the deception charges dropped by the tribunal but the maintenance funds issue is still there, I will be applying for reconsideration but I have already started studying elsewhere.

Is it possible for me to make a fresh application as a student whilst still LEGALLY in the country?

Anyone with any advice would be great.
