intercompany transfer to the UK question

Post by travelchick » Wed Jul 13, 2005 5:25 pm

Hi,

My company may be transferring me to the UK soon, i have worked for them for over three years. I went to university, but did not finish. Will lack of a degree keep me from getting my permit if it's an intercompany transfer?

thanks for your help,
travelchick

I don't know about intracompany transfer, but
there is a provision for short term work permits for UK companies with their head office registered abroad, to bring their employees to their branch offices in UK.
To qualify, your company needs to prove that you were a long term employee of theirs.
I don't think there is any weightage given to your degree.
