?Salary on bank statement

Hi Guys,
I am going to apply for extension my visa is valid untill 4/12/09.I am working through my limited company which was registered on 2/2/09 but I started working on 2/1/09.somehow by mistake for initial three months from jan to march I payed tax on £650 gross as salary but tranfered only £650 as wage from my company's account to my personal account for this period.I got P60 and payslips for this period but my personal bank statement is not showing any transactions.

Is there anybody who could advise me regarding this matter?
Can I submitted paylips for six months and dividend vouchers for ten months?

thank you very much reply.I have paid the difference to my personal account from company account yesterday which was supposed to be paid in Feb-Mar.I also mentioned in the covering letter about that.Is it Ok?

Only yr qualified accountant can prove earning of your company

u need to get from him 2 items of 4 below for company income proof

1. Accounts of company -PL & BS
2. COMPANY INCOME certificate
which should show Sales,PBT,TAX,PAT,DIVIDEND, RESERVES and who is owner of company,

3. Dividend vouchers
4. SALES SUMMARY OF company revenues include name and address of custoers, period of work done , date payment received or list outstanding , amount received in bank

regarding discrepency in yr slary slip and bank payments can be explained by u -as director or secretary (Preferebly or yr accountant ) as clerical error and will be rectified.

thanks for your professional advice.actually i am working as a locum doctor my accountant gave me a letter showing the income of company my income and dividend vouchers.he aslo mentioned the estimated net income of company and the date when incorporation tax is due.he included the names of locum agencies and the amount I earned through these agencies.He mentioned about shares and ownership.He does not write any thing about sales,PBT,reserves.however I have got enough funds in my business to tax.

could u pls comment on it.secondly wht do these abbreviations stand for

NO estimated income

PL -Profit and loss account
BS- Blance sheet

if Documents are not as mentioned above their is high chance of refusal

on ground of non reconcilation of income , I have seen such case , evry thing was fine but HO CW have habit of seeing a particular contents of data and if there is a change may be right , no pain taken to check it and result is negative or query .

u have to give Salary slips / letter from company (expaning gross net , ni and tax ) and bank statements


for BUSINESS Income from self managed company
any 2 from this 4

thanks for reply.

how does a dividend voucher look like with gross and net.on my dividend vouchers there are four heading

1..holding xxx ordinary shares
2; dividend rate
3: dividend payable
4; tax credit.

is this formate ok to submit to home office?
