Hi All,

First of all sorry If I am postiong a message wrong location.

I am on HSMP visa is going to expire on 19-Nov-2009.My daughter born in uk on March 2008 and did not get visa yet.

is there any time limit to get visa for uk born child I did not find any thing like that any where.
Please help me what should I do in this case.

Should I applied visa for daughter with us or when our visa will be stamped then I apply for my daughter visa ?

It is not clear what visa you are applying for next, but whatever it is, include your daughter as a dependant when making that application.

It is not a problem that your daughter has not got a visa yet, but when you apply, that is the opportune moment to get one for her.

What visa are you applying for?

OK, just include your daughter as an additional dependant.
