ILR and Holiday !

i would like to know ,

after getting ILR , if someone goes on holiday for a month / 30days out o the UK , will it delay the process of becomming the Citizen of this country ?

Can someone please make this clear ?

Of itself, no, that should not be a problem. However, you have to look at it in the context of other leave you have taken and will take (between now and citizenship) throughout your stay. Specifically, you should follow this guideline and make sure any leave you take from now doesn't affect your elligibility:
