HSMP extension- English Language document

I am currently under initial 2 years HSMP visa and I am going to apply for extension (Tier 1 General) next week. I have all my documents nearly ready except proof of my English language. I don’t have IELTS or any other proof but I have completed my MBA from UK University and also working for NHS. Is that good enough proof if I mention this in my cover letter with my certificate and NHS payslips? I have claimed English points during my initial application (2 years back) by producing letter from college in India but I don’t have that letter now. Can I produce my initial HSMP approval letter?

If you have produced letter in your initial application, you don;t need to provide the same again. Just mention it clearly (and highlight it) in your cover letter.

Besides, if your qualification is listed in PBS calculator you don;t need to provide certificate.
