Dear All,

My company post a job on Jobcentre plus from 9th till 19th and now they are going to issue COS for me. I am just worried about this because it’s not meet the requirement for posting job for two weeks on jobcentre plus.
Can someone please advice me is it ok to keep going as it is or if there is any other option available for me.

Hi,

Do make sure your company will advertise the post as per codes of practice for a min of 14 days in Jobcentre plus (if the salary is less than 40k). It also needs to be advertised in one other location as per the codes of practice for your perticular job on offer. This document is available on the UKBA website.
