OCI/OVERSEAS CITIZENSHIP OF INDIA

I recenlty got naturalisation approval, I am waiting for citizenship cermony will apply British passport soon for me & wife,currently hold indian passport. after reciving passport i am planning to applly for oci.
my kids alredy have PIO card I have to apply oci for them aswell.

I understand that i have to surround Indian passport before applying oci.
I am planning to apply in HCI london.

1)can I request forum members to share your experinace in hci london.

I have another doubt

To apply OCI for my kids do i need OCI

2)what is the best option
whether to apply kids immediately after getting Red passport any how I have to go HCI london to I cancel old passport
or
apply family togehter

please advice .
