hi Sushil

i work for a company ( earn salary from there)
and own a company from where I withdraw a fixed salary on monthly basis and pay the relevant tax and NI

No dividend ( what ever is left in company is the Retained earnings)

wht u recommend in this scanerio for ILR

1. In person or by post ?

2. In economic activity report do i need to specify about my company ?

3. Any suggested format for economic activity report

I HAVE alresdy my burnt my hand in ILR , my clients who r going for over counter 10 % sucess rate, my analysis is they just go for salary or very simple case where no decesion making required.

still u can file ilr by post unless it is simple ,
all the best for yr case ,

Thanks. I will be applying with simplest and straight forward case. Though am advised by other colleagues to take company documents as well(just in case).

Had to hire an agent as I didn't got any appnt in december. So just preparing everything on behalf of agent and paying him for making the his slot available to me.
