CAN British Grand-dad & MOM help to apply for Uk Settlem

Post by HareKrishna » Tue Nov 17, 2009 9:00 pm

DEAR ALL,
Could you please someone suggest my friend, her case is as under:

She's studying in uk with her Father-in law financial support But recently she's been refused extension of student visa, because of 1 month gap to start her new course she enrolled. She has given appeal right.
She has 18 months old baby. Her baby has been look after by Child grandmom & financially support by granddad & uncle.Who all are British citizen holders.
The father of Child has no connection with family now,he left home & live with his girlfriend.
Now,She is single mother living with her father & mother in-law with their family support. She hasn't claim any public fund neither for her child.
My friend don't want to go back,as she has noone left back home & situation is worse there.Because her baby born in uk,Who has total support from her British family.
Now she want to apply for settlement visa showing her british father in- law & mother in-law support financially without effecting public fund.Case if comes in exceptional circumstances criteria.
What's the chance of sucess for her & here 18 month baby to get settlement right in UK..?? Could someone give their valuable suggestion,It will be highly appreciated & thanking heartly for your time.

God bless you.
Looking forward to hear from .....
