Work Experience question

Hi,

A friend of mine is about to apply for HSMP and graduate from university. He has been working for 8 years as a full time MIS Staff and attending university for last five years.

We wonder if HSMP Team counts his last 4 years and gives relevant work experience points to his application?

It is possible to prove and get officaial document indicating that he was working as a full time employee and attening university at the same time by covering university attendance as working in the evening and at the weekends.

I really appreciate if you comment on this subject.
