Applying In Person on 24/10/09 - Review of Documents

Post by hsmp12345 » Fri Nov 20, 2009 8:56 pm

Hello Everyone,

I would be applying for extension to my leave to remain (HSMP --> Tier1 (General)) by using premium in-person appointment at PEO, Croydon on 24th Nov'09 (Tuesday).

Can you please have a quick review of documents that I would be taking along:

Main Applicant
-----------------
1) Tier1 (General) form - 10/09 version
2) Covering Letter
3) Printout of Self Assessment Summary Sheet from PBS Online calculator
4) My Passport - As a supporting evidence of points claimed for my age
5) Original degree certificate as supporting evidence of points claimed for Qualification
6) 7 salary slips (stamped and attested) from my previous employer. A reference letter from my current employer stating earnings for the 5 month period in 12 month window for which I am claiming points.
7) 11 original bank statements. Stamped and attested bank statement for the latest transactions for last 1 and half month (along with business card of attesting person) as I didn't receive my latest bank statement.
8 ) English Requirements already satisfied in HSMP initial application.
9) Maintenance funds - Bank Statements with requisite funds

Dependent (Spouse)
--------------------------
1) PBS (Dependent) Form - 10/09 version
2) Covering letter
3) Passport
4) Original Marriage Certificate
5) Maintenance funds - Bank Statements with requisite funds

Dependent (Daughter - Born in UK)
--------------------------
1) PBS (Dependent) Form - 10/09 version
2) Covering letter
3) Passport
4) Original Birth Certificate (Full Version)
5) Maintenance funds - Bank Statements with requisite funds

Any suggestions or comments are most welcome.

Cheers,

You look all set for extension approval. Good Luck!!!

Highlight maintenance funds details(if you are using same bank statements for you and dependents). Mention it in cover letter clearly.

Excellent thanks guys,

@Chetan - Yes, I have explained in detail about the maintenance funds requirement in my covering letter.

@vks

I am going for in-person appointment. I have kept all photographs (myself & dependents) together in an envelop. Do I have to pin the photographs anywhere ? I thought I will need to hand the envelop (with photos) to case worker.

Cheers,
