Hi,

I need some clarifications on some of the sections while filling my tier1 appendix form from INDIA.

The section 4.6 Earnings Table:

There is box asking information like 'Evidence of earnings provided':

Should I mention
'YES'
or
'Pay slips and Bank statements'

Please suggest some one applied from INDIA recently.
