Post by hiteshdargan » Thu Nov 26, 2009 7:27 am

Hi

Can a person study in the UK on Tier 1 general visa?

If yes, then can it be full time study or part time study or either

being on tier 1 general meant to be working and contributing in uk economy. Its purely a workikg visa.

I have my friends experience, was on psw. He applied 4 admission, some unversities refused and said need to change it to student visa. Or get a written permission from ho.

He sent an email, and got the reply giving him exception to study.

It cud b the same with the tier 1 gen.
Send an email and ask ho permission
