Baby visa - Maintenance fund - Help

Hi all,
'm a Work permit holder, valid till 2013..
Recently my wife gave birth to a girl baby.. I had registered her birth and by next week will apply for her indian passport.. and later i have to apply for her visa as my dependant..

My query is,
1.Will her application be processed as PBS dependant?
2.As the application is only for the baby do i have to show fund for my wife as well?
3.Do i have to use FLR(O)?

If daughter was born in the UK, then see also need for a dependent visa?

If you are on a work permit, then you are not under PBS. Therefore, your dependants are not PBS dependants.
