indian mnc candidates trying/got hsmp? moderators pl. HELP!

I earn my indian salary and pay the taxes in india.... but my IT job has kept me in UK for nearly 1.5 yrs now...

I cant be an in-country applicant as officially I'm not been paid anything in UK and I dont pay tax here....

my query is
1. do they need proof of residence for past year like tenancy agreement and phone billls even if I dont demand points for spouse...

2. My wife did her graduation from a reputed univ in india but in correspondence... can somebody with similar scenario tell me if it can be accepted? NARIC is expensive for me... if someone has taken NARIC's statement about BCA corres... regular stream... graduation from Madras University please advise me!

3. How did/would the manager respond when/if you/I ask for detailed work experience papers? even if we write it and ask them to sign it?

3.1 is the letter from project manager enough or higher ones should sign it?

Answer to your queries -

Q1 - No

Q2 - If you are not claiming for spouse points then this point should be again NA for you.

Q3 - If telling truth can compromise your position in your company at this stage you can tell them you need it for applying for some university. But I guess telling truth is the best thing to do as HO might contact your employers.

Q4 - Letter should be on company letter head and verifiable by some one from your company e.g HR or your supervisor.
