The challenge of choosing an agent

Post by Cool » Fri Jul 29, 2005 11:54 am

My friend's first hsmp application was refused. He is almost ready to submit another one and we decided it'll be good for him to use a representative. So, we set about reviewing representatives to decide on one. A few hours ago, we were almost closing in on using workpermit.com (mainly because of this wonderful forum) but I just saw this: http://www.hsmp-services.co.uk/phpBB/vi ... .php?t=203 :?

If anyone can recommend an immigration representative (based on personal experience or the experience of someone very close to you), please send me a PM.

Thanks.

I have personally dealt with Chris Fysh of workpermit.com and have absolute faith in him, he always dealt with my multitude queries very professionally and efficiently.

You can send me a PM if you wish to discuss further.

Cool, I would suggest you to do a good check on the feedback and then choose an agent. I only know 1 of my friend who had applied through www.WorkPermit.com. and he had a very bad experience. Not that they did not responded him promptly but they dont have people who are capable of representing your case where you will be confident you are getting best of your money.

As per my friends experience Chris Fysh of workpermit.com is just a person framed as a professional lawyer, but actual handling of the cases are done by other staffs, in my friends case some Autumn wooldrige. These staff are in learning stage and they are themselves overloaded with many cases. She could not represent my friends HSMP case very well and so it was rejected.

I would suggest you to do more feedback check and then decide.

Chris

Thanks everyone!
All things considered, I continue the search for an agent for my friend.
Yodiyokun, please check your inbox for my PM.
My call for information on experiences with agents is still on. There should be a good one out there :?:
