Licence application - audited statements?

Hi,

we are about to apply for the company PBS Licence for Tier 2.

The only document I am concerned about is the "audited financial statements".

As our company is a small business we have not been audited. Will this be an issue for the HO?

No - when they set up these requirements they didn't think. We have registered dozens of firms who didn't have audited accounts.

As a follow up to deley's question, does this mean the abbreviated unaudited accounts for small companies as can be used?.
