Spouse dependent VISA - Timescale

We received medical clearance for wife dependent VISA last week. Its been 6-7 working days now. Does anyone knows timescale for providing passport with VISA after medical clearance or what the procedure is now?

It has taken months to get this far and now waiting for this last stage. Thanks all for your help
