Its so confusing so many Consultants say you can uplift .

India is Band D
anyone has had a similar problem.

Well Paone.......first thing dont use uplift factor they will not allow you to multiply it by 5.3. I did that and my application refused because of same reason. The reason they gave is you cant uplift your earning from India while working full time in UK. Fortunately, I have 5 month to improve my earnings So my suggestion to you is to be more carefull...... add straight converstion of GBP in to your earnings.
