TB test centre in Pakistan

Hi
One of my mate informed me that the TB test is only done in islamabad now,is there any approved (i guess its IOM) tb test centre in Karachi.If yes where and how long does it take to book the test and documents required?

tried these number but still no responce,if apply from karachi , will the test be done in karachi or else in islamabad.
