ILR - New Employer

Hi,

I have been on a continous employment for the last 5 years with the same employer....i am eligible for ILR in Jan 2010. My visa expires in end of jan.

if i am not getting my current job extended with my further can i take a new job offer letter/Certificate of Sponshorship from another employer and apply for ILR with that ?

Please clarify !
