Original Documents requirment for dependent visa - Urgent

Hi Friends

I am planning to apply for dependent visa before 31 Dec, I have necessary fund ready & documents, now issue is that should I wait for original documents of collage & invitation which i will received in few days (as send through post) or apply with scan copy of same documents

1.Below are document which are scanned copied :

Invitation letter from my wife

Here collage invitation letter

Landlord letter

Collage council tax letter

Please suggest

2.Is it OK if i have joint accounts with my wife and she is primary account holder in the same account & funds are shows in the same accounts for dependent visa

Better wait for all original letters.and provide as much as relationship documents
