How long to receive response after forwarding appeal?

How long to receive response after forwarding appeal?

Can any one please advice how long it takes to receive a response after forwarding appeal to AIT? and whether this response will be from HO or AIT?

now all response coming from ait not home office if ur appeal allowed then ho conatct you

What I meant to ask is after you submit your initial appeal to AIT then how long does AIT take to respond to inform you of hearing date.

I sent initial appeal letter to AIT on 30th Nov 2009. And I got a letter for hearing date from AIT on 7th Dec 2009.
