LCPS rejection

hi

i am another candidate who got the rejection on 10/12/09 for the LCPS callege by giving similar reason as given to Raja but they gave me right for appeal. i applied for visa on 31st jan 2009 and after 11 months it rejected.
i havent managed to contact college.

Dear freinds,
In my case it took over 8 months, reason Home Office waited for my current visa to expire ,which is expiring in this month2009.
I spoke to home office why Im not given appeal right, they say I was not given appeal right bcaz I have currently valid leave to remain.
