Marriage for Illegal?

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post. Someone who has been in the UK for 7 or 8 years on a false Lithuanian passport has met someone (British) here and they are thinking about marriage, what would be the best (or least painful way) to go about things? Is it better to come clean to the authorities here or to return home (outside EU) and apply for Visa's etc there.

False passport = deception = 10 year ban. Best prepare for flights to the perps home country and live there for a fair while...

I f you want to marry and live in the UK legally then there is only one option and that is to go back to your own country , get married and apply for a spousal visa for the UK.
If you are found living in this country illegally and deported then you will be banned for 10 years
