Skilled Immigration Questions

Hello
Im a Physiotherapist currently working here in the USA and wants to move to Australia. I have a passmark of 120. My questions are:
1. Do I have to take IELTS
2.Do I have to leave the Usa to get the VISA if granted approval

You dont need IELTS if u r born in USA, otherwise u need it.
You dont neet to leave USA, u can get ur visa processed and stamped in USA.

Really nice and good guidance by sidal888 i am sure he is 90% right what he said to you.You are professional and US born not need any IELTS or something like this.
