GSM for Austrailia and Spouse Visa ?

Hi,

I am applying GSM for Australia , do I need to apply for my spouse after my GSM or I can apply it with my GSM application ?

And her visa application will be evaluated on her skills or its based on approval of my GSM application ?

Please apply your wife's visa at the same time as secondary applicant.
