pr under eea law or 14 years rule

i'm a non eea national married to a eea citizen who is working at the moment . we married in may 2003 and i was granted the residency in oct 2006 on appeal. my problem is she has started the divorce procedure and not longer live with me although her payslips still come to my address. my question is what do i need exactly from her even though i know she would not cooperate what i have at the moment from her is her old payslips and the one that are still coming. i was also wandering if i can apply for the pr under the 14 year rule. i also have a son who is british from a previous relation and i am deeply involved in his live please help

Any reason you couldn't apply for PR in may 2008?

i was not aware of the law just been advised by a friend

hi just to be a bit precise i did not get the visa until 2006 on appeal
