hi friends,
I've applied for visa Tier4 in Moscow and I changed my mind to travel. so , I've to revoke my visa. Would it stand as a problem for me in the future? they may put me in black list?

u just got 2 tell them da reason n if possible provide evidence taht y u did nt traval
