when was your application acknowledged?
but recent timelines suggest anything between 3-13 weeks.
but most get theirs before 13 weeks anyway

Hi yodiyokun,
Thanks again man!!!
I sent my application on 6th August. I didn't hear anything from HSMP so called today and got my ref. no. They said they received my application on 9th August.
I understand from this forum that many users have got in 10/11 and even one day.
13 week is very long time. I am already cracked by waiting my Canadian application
Regards,
SK

Hi Spider,
You can find other forum members posting recent approvals. Try getting their reference numbers and deduce.

Hi SpiderKing,
My application too received on 9th August, applied within UK.
But i got the full reference number 6 digits are visible( i mean NO xx )
Does the ref. number allotment depends on within UK / outside UK ?
Any thoughts ?

Hi yodiyokun,
You have mentioned it takes 3 weeks time for applications within UK ?
is it evident for all the applications ?

itsme,
All the applicants get full ref. no, however they replace last digits with xx while qouting their ref.no on a public forum like this.
mine was 047xxx and my application was processed.

Most people i know that applied in june/ july this month got their decision within 4 weeks (both in and out of country applicants)
so i guess the processing is getting faster
