I need an urgent help. my wife is to apply for psw dependent from nigeria, i need to know if the tenancy agreement is important for her application.
if it is important, how important?

Tenancy agreement is not required as long as you show the evidence of required maintenance funds, but it is "nice to have".

1. I wud strongly recommend to provide proof for the accomodation as many got rejected cuz of that.
2. U need to make sure that u hav enough space avaialble to accomodate uself so tenancy agreement which states how mnay rooms are avaialble will benefit the application.
