Please i do need guidance for application for reconsideration on refusal of post study work visa. i received an unfavourable decision from ait but with a right to apply for a reconsideration within five days. what should be the main point to put forward in respect of meeting the maintenance funds after a decision a has been reached by the ait for the initial application. thank you.

1. If u were refused cuz of the mailtenance and then AIT refused u appeal then probably u consideration request will be refused.
2. The only way u get a chance to win is to provide the evidence to cover the shortfall but it can not be a new evidence and needs to be for the same period as u applied in u initial application. For example u have an overseas account or a joint account to cover the period u were rejected for.
