Marriage Ceritificate

Hi all,

I am applying for HSMP extension (now called Tier 1). I just recently got married. I am wondering do I have to provide marriage ceritificate as evidence as I am not applying for my wife visa. I am currently applying from UK but she is not at the moment in UK.
