A tad complicated!!

Hi guys,

I have a question for you please! I am a tunisian citizen (no Australian embassy, nearest one is in Egypt) I currently reside in Canada (student visa expired) and want to lodge a student visa application to go study in Australia on the basis of living in tunisia while I am here (Canada) during the processing time. Has it been done before? You think it is possible?
