dependants form required

Hi ,

I would be applying for tier1 general in person application with my dependants in uk.

Please could you provide the link to download the dependants form for intial entry.

Are your dependants applying within UK or from outside of UK?

i am applying within un uk

shows the extension application for dependants.,

i am on workpemit and switching to tier1.

which form should i use for dependants?

If their last grant of entry clearance or permission to stay here was as the partner or child of a work permit holder, then they may switch.
