Documentation from Revenue Commisoners in Naturalization App

Hi All,
A quick question , can you please advise what is the documentations required in the Documentation from Revenue Commisoners section in Naturalization Application.
Do i need to attach my 5 years P60.
Do i need to attach P21 for 5 years.

My little glitch is that, i got my Working visa on 08-Dec-2004, but i started my employment of work visa related from the 01st of Jan 2005 , so can i attach 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 P60's or do i have to attach P60 for 2004 as well ?
And regarding P21 i have worked as in a second employment as part time work in year 2005 & 2006, obviously the P21 will show all my earnings will my second employment earnings displaying on the P21 will affect my Naturalization application, as i worked in 2 places on a ICT working visa ( i am not sure if it's legal to do or not)

Please advise.

you need to send in the P60 and P21 for all the years that you were working. Since you commenced employment only in 2005 you obviously wont have any P60 or P21 for that year.
I'm not sure about your query on the second job--it's a grey area.
