PLEASE HELP!!! VISA ENDING IN A MONTH, COMPLEX SITUATION?

HI all!

I have been in the UK for 6 yrs as a student, lived with my partner for 4 yrs and we have a baby together...
now, my visa is ending in a month and i don't know what to do!!
he isn't working atm so he can't help me get a spouse/unmarried partner visa, is that correct??
if so what are the options available to me??

If u r surviving now show the ECO's u can survive in the future, with a budget etc, and apply for UPV on form FLR(M)

It will help ENORMOUSLY if ur bf could get a job, any job, even just for the period of the application.

What is certain is if u r only supporting urself on benefits and ur 20 hr working provision it will be an issue. Benefits are geared to support the applicants only, no extra people. ECO's know that.

So get him off his arse working in McD's or something, he can claim tax credits and Child benefit for the child, and apply on the form above ASAP, costs a bit tho - Â£485 or so now...

what is UPV?? and is it possible to get some sort of visa for me even if he doesn't work???
he is looking but they just keep turning him down

atm we are only getting CTC, CB and IS for him only...its not enough but as u said we're surviving...

UPV is Unmarried partner visa I think.

Unmarried Partner Visa.

Unlikely to get a visa with no real income, plus the visa is nearly five hundred quid....

I'm sure he can get a job even for the period of the application to satisfy the Home Office, like I said McDonalds, meter-reading, anything. If it was me I'd shovel shite if it meant NOT having my partner sent home.
