TIER 2 REFUSED ON SALARY BASIS...PLEASE HELP !!

Hi all,

My Tier 2 appln is refused this month coz my actual salary is 15,000 p.a. But after bonuses, it comes to £20,000 p.a. My salary will also be reviewed in the next couple of months. Are there any options for me now ??

My FTS VISA expired on Nov 22nd 2009.

Should I go for an appeal saying that I've earned £20,000 or will be earning £20k or more n wat can be the chances of success ?

Please give ur valuable suggestions.

1. U can go to appeal but i think u wud not exceed.
2. The guidence clearly outlines and explains about the salary and the bonuses and wat is accepted for points.
3. In u case correct method was used as u salary did include the bonuses and HO calculated it correctly at £15000.
4. U can possibly apply for a new visa if still have a valid leave and with the correct salary information.
