dependent of student visa holder travel to uk

Hi Every one
My wife is on student visa and i m dependent on her.
We had a baby boy in november.
Now we r planning to visit india soon and probably my wife will stay over ther for more than three week and i have to come back early because of job.
Is that possible i can pass through immigration with out any hassel or they will ask me for my wife visa documents.
please answer soon as i want to do this asap....

You may not have any problem, but your wife may have some, especially if she will spend more time abroad.
Also I think you should have passport for you baby.
