Assistance in Tier 1 Form Filling

Hi All,

THis is urgent, Please help me in filling the application form. My current leave expires on March 7th 2010.

1) Is it enough if i send the extension form before 5 weeks of current leave expiry date ( i,e Last week of Jan 2010)
2) Should application form needs to be filled with Black Ink or Can we write & print in PDF?
3) Section 1 - A5 - Contact Name in the UK if different from that of the applicant- ???
4) Section 2 -B27 - Applicatants main occupation - ???? ( I am in a software developer)
5) Section 2 - C9 - ICFN - ??? ( Since my current leave is on HSMP, i think i should leave C9 empty & fill C10, stating the same reason)
6) Section 2 - D3 - ??? ( I came to UK initially on WP & then moved to in country HSMP) Should i write HSMP Visa issued Date or WP visa issued

7) Section 2 - D4 - ??? ( reference number on the entry clearance) - HSMP reference number or WP reference number
Section 3C - S1 - What is the Grade???

2) Should application form needs to be filled with Black Ink or Can we write & print in PDF? Ideally it is advised to fill by Black Pen/ink.But as far as format of the form is not disturbed you can print using pdf as well.
3) Section 1 - A5 - Contact Name in the UK if different from that of the applicant- ??? This is mainly when you are applying via solicitor.You can leave it blank.
4) Section 2 -B27 - Applicatants main occupation - ???? ( I am in a software developer) You can mention Science & Technology Professional.
5) Section 2 - C9 - ICFN - ??? ( Since my current leave is on HSMP, i think i should leave C9 empty & fill C10, stating the same reason) Leave it blank. This is only issued for people who are coming to UK recently or are about to come.
6) Section 2 - D3 - ??? ( I came to UK initially on WP & then moved to in country HSMP) Should i write HSMP Visa issued Date or WP visa issued
date It ask for EC date. You should be writing EC date.This should be found on your visa stamp page.
7) Section 2 - D4 - ??? ( reference number on the entry clearance) - HSMP reference number or WP reference number This should be EC reference no. You can fine the reference no. on your visa stamp page. Top-Right corner in red.

Section 3C - S1 - What is the Grade??? First Class, Distinction etc.
