HSMP Extension - tier 1 - Identity Card for Foreign National

Hi,

I'm applying for my extension for HSMP under tier 1
please can anyone help me with Identity Card for Foreign Nationals (ICFN).
do i need to fill these datails in my form as i dont have it.
what should i do becouse i dont have it ....

Thanks for the quick reply

explanation says
C9-C12 If the applicant’s current grant of
leave was issued on an identity card (ICFN)
he/she must also provide the ICFN in order
for the application to be valid, unless it is not
available for one of the reasons specified on
the application form.

reasons
Lost - go to question C11
â–¡ Stolen - go to question C12
â–¡ Expired - returned to
national authorities
â–¡ Elsewhere in the UK
Border Agency - go
to question C11

please help me maybe im not understanding it right?

Was your HSMP issued on Identity Card for Foreign Nationals? If not you should simply write Not Applicable
