can friends please help. just some queries regarding the overseas student doing NVQ level 3 and 4 in the UK. the Tier -4 policy guidlines says the can work 35 work per week. 20hrs general student entitlement and 15 hrs work based learning. the employers are convinced by this. can we write to the UKBA in regard to this. do anyone know whom to we write , for eg. email address or something. thanks in advance
