Comprehensive sickness insurance - pre-exisitng condition

Hi

Does anybody know if you send an application-EEA2 (where the comprehensive sickness insurance is required) with a comprehensive policy that has an exclusion of a pre-existing condition- as no private medical insurance company will include chronic diseases- would that be accepted by the HO?
