Query regarding exclusion of No Use pages in tier 1 form

Hi,

I need to have some info about applying for Tier 1 extension (Switching from HSMP) from within UK. My current HSMP runs out in March 2010.

My question is regarding the form, can we remove the pages from the form which are not relevent for us like at page 30(Section 3) says if you are HSMP holder then go to Section 3C (Page 47)?
Do I need to still attach pages from 31-46 or I can exclude them.

Yes you need to, even if it will be handed back to you....

You should not omit any pages of the form from the application - even if they are blank / not applicable.

I removed the pages from the form which are not applicable to my case and posted it out. I'm very worried after reading this thread. Do you think HO will reject my application because of this. Should I contact HO to replace that form? Thank you.

dude its a common sense if u have no dependents will u send the dependent pages with your application i havent... i ommitted all the pages which were not relevent... Still got the visa...

I have got the visa this month and I did not sent the pages not relevant (eg. Dependants, representatives etc)
