Doctors - SPR training on HSMP

Hi,

Does anyone know if a Post Graduate Doctor can do his Specialist SPR training while on HSMP? Or do they have to switch back to Permit-free Training scheme in order to do that?

There seem to have been some changes to the rules for Doctors and Dentists, but I can find the link to that Announcement on the IND pages, so if someone can point me to the link, I would be very grateful.

You can carry on with your specialist training on the HSMP visa. I know of SPRs who have moved from the permit free visa to HSMP while carrying on with their current jobs.
