how long will it take for a decision- administrative review

hi every one i have submitted an administrative review last November 26,2009, i was expecting the decision to be mailed last january 10,2010 relying on the 28 days grace period as per embassy guidelines however i still havent received any correspondence from the embassy.. how long do you think will i have to wait for their decision

Days, weeks or months .... it all depends on the merits of your application and the reasons for administrative review you have mentioned in the notice.

Nothing you can do but wait, I guess.

so the decision will not be made within 28 days then as indicated on the guidelines?

It doesn't say a decsion will be made in 28 days. It says they aim to let to you know the result in 28 days.
