Urgent - Expert may please advise-Projected Expenditure

I am planning to submit my application tomorrow. I have the 14 page application duly filled up.
I see that some have attached projected expenditure statement for the first year in UK. Is this required to be attached with HSMP application form?

i dint attach it and got approved
i dont think its necesary for hsmp approval
its more relevant at EC stage

Try and add it, it is requested and I did submit mine as part of the application.

I agree with Yodiyokun

I dont think it is useful to attach a project of expenditure at the HSMP approval stage, it may be useful afor assesment at the EC stage, even at that; a lot of applicants have crossed at EC stage without it

I'm not sure if it's required though.
